Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Items like undergarments, accessories, and sale items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, email us at support@soundaryaethnic.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, a return pickup will be scheduled.

• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If the order was paid via COD, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer.

• Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free exchanges.

• Exchanges for size issues are allowed but subject to stock availability.

• If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
